visited St. Michael’s parish and consecrated the original church building here in Old Forge, PA.

St. Michael’s is one of the oldest

and most historical parishes in the

Diocese of Eastern Pennsylvania

Located between the cities of Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, our Church is easily accessible within a few minutes off Interstate Highway 81. St. Michael’s is also located a short distance from St. Tikhon’s Monastery and Orthodox Theological Seminary in South Canaan, PA (approx. 45 minutes drive).
