Glory to Jesus Christ!  Glory Forever!

Our Lord Jesus Christ has given us a great gift in the promise of eternal life. If we believe in Him as God and allow His holy will to work in our lives, we enter into the holy calling each of us has as sons and daughters of God created in the image and likeness of our Father and Lord. Through this “adoption” we are given an opportunity to cultivate a holy life in the sight of our Heavenly Father. By allowing His image and likeness, in which we are created, to shine in our lives, we will continually grow in His love as we work along the path to salvation and, in turn, become an example, in Christ, to others along their way to salvation. A great saint of our Church, St. Seraphim of Sarov wrote, “Save yourself and 1,000 around you will be saved.” May we all strive to accept the saving grace of God in our lives by “thinking and doing such things which are well-pleasing to the Lord” and inspire in each other the love of God and love for one another unto salvation through Jesus Christ alone.
